These joint venture multi-use projects occupy two corners at the intersection of Blue Diamond Road and Decatur Blvd. Measuring 200,000 sq. ft., they feature an Albertsons supermarket, a Walgreens, restaurants, fast food outlets, banks, and many other retailers.

Fire Station Plaza

This 28,000 sq. ft. neighborhood shopping center located in the Southern Highlands community, at the southeast corner of Valley View Boulevard and Southern Highlands Parkway, features a variety of restaurants, shops and service providers, including a daycare center, drycleaner, coffee shop, dentist, Kumon, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, and a Terrible Herbst full-service car wash/service station.

Skye Canyon Marketplace

This 250,000 sq.ft community shopping center will be located on the northwest corner of Skye Canyon Park and Grand Canyon drives, at the Skye Canyon Park Drive and I-95 interchange within the Skye Canyon master-planned community. Skye Canyon Marketplace will be anchored by a 120,000 sq.ft. Smith’s Food and Drug, and will also include various restaurants and banks along with inline retail and service providers. The project is set to break ground in October 2016, and will open in late summer 2017.

Southern Highlands Marketplace

A 190,000 sq. ft. neighborhood shopping center in the Southern Highlands community, set on 21 acres at the southeast corner of Cactus Avenue and Southern Highlands Parkway. The center is anchored by Smith’s Food and Drug Center and Walgreens and features various retail stores and restaurants.

Southern Highlands Corporate Center

A 72,000 sq. ft., three-story, Tuscan-inspired office building and the corporate headquarters for Olympia Companies.
